WHAT DO OUR GUESTS SAY?

					Clean and comfortable and centrally located. Didn’t though find any sheets for the sofa bed so had to improvise. Also, communication was good but a little over-digitalised via the app which required almost daily administration over the 5 days prior to our stay. I’d prefer a more personal approach and all sorted at once rather than day-after-day of now sort the deposit, tomorrow get the access arrangements, next day get the directions…

					I really enjoyed my stay at the malthouse! The communication was very good and have been very accommodating and attentive! Janet was very quick to reply and help in any way possible! Would definitely recommend! ☺️

					Nice little flat, perhaps a little budget in places but this was reflected in the price. Perfect location, easy to access, good parking.

					Janet’s apartment was very nice but internally a little tied.   Floors badly fitted.   Location pretty central but right by the brewery with noisy bleeping forklifts.   Enjoyed the stay and was clean.

					À nice flat to stay in when I was working in the area. Janet was very helpful and responsive. I managed to lock myself out leaving my phone on charge in the flat. With door codes and phone numbers on my phone re-entry was a challenge but got there in the end and Janet helped greatly.
