					The apartment was very nice and it was great it even had free parking. The host was very great at communicating and was very nice with allowing us an early check in due to the time we needed to be there. I would highly recommend this place for others. The host and the actual apartment were very very great.

					Good place to stay in central Burton. Roomy flat, everything you need but really for 5 rather than 7 (luckily we were only 2, so very spacious). The flat was very cold when we arrived. Two windows were open and no heaters on, despite the cold weather. The heaters in the sitting room took ages to heat up and never reached the 20 degree target we set (we were there 2 nights). The heater in the hallway of the flat did not work at all and despite us telling the host nothing was done. Generally the flat was in good order but there were a small number of issues - a door on the kitchen units would not shut, there was a huge stain on the carpet outside the door to the flat and ugly marks next to the door where a former key safe or code pad had been removed. Did not give a positive first impression. On a busy road but did not find the traffic noise too disturbing. Good, large main bedroom and spacious lounge/dining area. Overall good value for money but needed to be warmer.

					The apartment was very easy to find with clear instructions. Easy parking in front of the door. The place was clean and comfortable. The owner was very responsive and super friendly. We only spend one night and didn’t have time to explore the area.
