Can I get an early check-in?

Perhaps. It depends on whether there is someone staying at the property immediately before you, how much cleaning the property needs and what time our cleaning team are able to arrive. If you want an early check-in please contact us and we will advise.

Can I get a late check out?

Perhaps. It depends on whether there is someone staying immediately after you and what time our cleaning team are able to arrive. If you want an late check-out please contact us and we will advise.

Where can I park?

All of our properties include parking for 1 car per property. Parking is free for Burton-on-Trent properties and just £10 per day for London properties.

How do I check in?

All of our properties have self check-in using a secure keypad for hassle-free entry, allowing you to arrive at your convenience. Codes are generated individually and are sent across on the day of arrival.
