					Passable for what we needed it for 😀 - Location was fantastic! Loved that everything was in walking distance. The flat layout was good, and loved that it was a downstairs flat. 😞 - It wasn’t clean - floors had dirty/muddy footprints on, the pans in the kitchen had used oil in them, the kitchen extractor fan was dripping with oil/dirt onto the hob, the kitchen cutlery/pans/plates/bowls weren’t clean so had to clean everything before use. Decor looked tired and the place felt dated. Didn’t feel like we got good value for money. If the price was cheaper per night, it would feel more justifiable to spend £183.

					Dont stay here if you like clean. 😀 - Location and parking are good 😞 - We had asked for sofa bed to be made up and it wasn't, two heaters didn't work, the shower was disgustingly dirty, pillow had stain on it and we question if someone had slept in the beds before and they hadn't been changed. messaged host who just said ill let the house keeper know. Not good enough, no mention of the heaters not working which left the main bedroom freezing. on moving the sofas to get the sofa bed out the dirt under it was disgusting. wouldn't recommend staying her.

					Wouldn’t recommend until bathroom is sorted. 😀 - The property is in a great location with easy access to the town. The arrangement was good and well equipped. Unfortunately the bathroom let this property down. 😞 - The bathroom was filthy and well overdue a clean. Lots of mould.

					It would have been more enjoyable if it were cleaner and dust free. Not many options in the area. 😀 - I thought it was a decent layout. Great to have a washing machine. Really needed a dryer to dry clothes though. Location was good. Opposite Aldi and walking distance to other shops and restaurants. Kind host. 😞 - Too much clutter and needs a deep clean especially the bathroom. Not enough necessities for the length of stay ( 1 week) e.g not enough toilet paper. Host was happy to remedy but I didn’t want to keep contacting to stock up so bought my own. Sofa bed was not set up on the first day.

					Great central location. Overall pleasant stay. 😀 - Location 😞 - Bathroom needs updating and a good grout clean. Freezer section on the fridge hadn’t been cleaned for a long time had a smell about it so I defrosted and cleaned it.

					Nice place. 😀 - As described, very clean, nice place. Parking good. 😞 - Comms very poor meaning we didn’t get entry details until very late into the evening after I chased them. Check in at 4 and check out at 10 could have been better.

					Extremely disappointing. 😀 - Location and parking was acceptable. 😞 - The apartment was dirty. There was a terrible smell in the kitchen that was extremely off putting and made the space an unpleasant place to be. The bathroom was dirty. Rusty accessories; what looks like mould and damp. Not nice at all. The floor required a deep clean as our socks did what seams a better job than the cleaners to mop the floor. There were cups in the cupboard that still had coffee scum in them so we certainly felt that everything needed to be cleaned before use.

					Perfect for family stay , near station ,town ,comfortable 😀 - Ground floor, close to town & station cosy friendly vibe ,granddaughter loved the animal theme nicely decorated good house hold appliances . Any Problems dealt with x
